Subscription cancellation policy

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree to repeat deliveries and recurring charges at the frequency selected at checkout. Our Bioxcin Lash & Brow Serum plan offers delivery every 1, 2 or 3 months. Your order confirmation shows your selected option and price. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Managing or cancelling

You can change or cancel future subscription deliveries at any time using the subscription management link in your account or order emails. If you need help, email hello@limitlessglow.co.uk with your order details.

To stop the next recurring order, make your change before its scheduled charge. Cancelling future deliveries does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged or dispatched. Contact us promptly if you also wish to cancel or return an existing order.

Our return and refund policy applies to subscription orders. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
