Refund & Returns Policy – Limitless Glow Ltd

At Limitless Glow, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be in the same condition you received it.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@limitlessglow.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Beauty & Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Opened haircare products
  • Opened perfumes or fragrances
  • Opened cosmetics or personal care products
  • Used or tested items

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days, provided they meet the return conditions above.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@limitlessglow.co.uk, including photographs of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

Sale Items

Unless faulty or incorrectly supplied, sale and discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under applicable distance selling regulations, subject to the hygiene exceptions outlined above.
