Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:

•  Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — £3.99

•  Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — £6.99

•  Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50

For international orders, shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays

While we always aim to meet the above timeframes, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders. We appreciate your patience.
