Thank you for shopping with Limitless Glow Ltd. We are committed to delivering your order safely and with care.
Order Processing
Orders fulfilled directly by Limitless Glow are normally processed within 1–3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed from the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.
UK Standard Delivery
Standard delivery for eligible products fulfilled directly by Limitless Glow costs £4.99. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Free UK Standard Delivery
Free standard delivery is available when eligible Limitless Glow-fulfilled products in an order total £40 or more. No discount code is required.
Supplier-Dispatched Products
Some products are dispatched directly by our trusted suppliers. For these products, please allow an estimated 5–9 business days from the date of order. This includes supplier processing time of 1–2 business days and transit to the UK of 4–7 business days.
The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout. Express delivery is not available for supplier-dispatched products.
If your order contains both Limitless Glow-fulfilled and supplier-dispatched products, it may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery charges are calculated for each shipment and shown before payment.
Express Delivery
Express delivery is available on eligible Limitless Glow-fulfilled products for £6.99. Estimated delivery is 1–2 working days after dispatch. Express delivery is not available for supplier-dispatched products.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, bank holidays, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our control. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before the order is dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@limitlessglow.co.uk. We will work with the courier or fulfilment supplier to investigate and keep you updated.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
International Shipping
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom and to selected European destinations. Available destinations, delivery charges and estimated delivery times depend on the product and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
